G-Tube Pad Pattern FREE-010e - Downloadable Pattern

G-Tube Pads are designed to be worn around a G-Tube (Gastrostomy Tube - a tube inserted through the abdomen that delivers nutrition direction to the stomach). A G-Tube Pad is used in place of medical gauze around the tube's "button".

These pads help absorb leakage from the G-tube and add a little fun for the individual who wears it! This pattern is for a 2 1/2" G-Tube pad that works for a child, but you can easily make the pad any size that suits the wearer.

This FREE G-Tube Pad pattern was created after a Pediatric Gastrointestinal Nurse requested some for her hospital unit. The staff and kids loved them!

These G-tube Pads make a great service project for a Scout Troop or a Sewing Guild or Group.
