Return Policy

We work hard to bring you quality products and if there is a problem we will do everything we can to correct it.

Physical Products

A physical product is one that is shipped to you. If we cannot correct a problem to your satisfaction, we will refund or authorize a return. Please e-mail, fax or phone us before you ship the product back. You have 45 days from date of purchase to return a defective product for a refund or exchange. During the winter holidays (Christmas and New Year's), you have 46 days beyond the period between December 16 and January 15 to return products. The product must be unused and in it's original condition. Please include either a copy of the invoice or the invoice number and your name and address. There is a restocking fee of 25% of the original product fee. We will refund shipping - one-way. We will pay shipping on replacements.

Downloadable Products

A downloadable product is one delivered as a digital download. A downloadable product can not be returned. If you are not satisfied with your pattern, please contact us to see how we can resolve your issue.
