Welcome to the QuiltWoman wholesale registration page. QuiltWoman.com has been supporting quilt, fabric, sewing and related notions shops in the United States, Canada and internationally with high quality printed quilt patterns for over 20 years. If you have never placed a wholesale order with QuiltWoman.com before, we'd like to help you get your account set up.

To sign up for wholesale pricing for your shop, please follow steps 1 through 4 below and upload a copy of your Sales tax ID Number or your State Sales-Tax License (this is not applicable for quilt guilds).

Please note: If you have had wholesale access in the past to QuiltWoman.com, please send us an email at customerservice@quiltwoman.com and let us know your name and shop name and phone number.

Also, if you are an international shop outside of the United States or Canada and are interested in wholesale access, please email us at customerservice@quiltwoman.com.

Wholesale Registration

Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the Wholesale box below and click the Submit button. On the next screen you will fill in your business address and related information.

Step 2: In the Business License upload field, please upload a PDF or Microsoft Word copy of your Business License, Sales tax ID Number or your State Sales-Tax License (not applicable for quilt guilds).

Step 3: Press the “Sign Up” button at the bottom and we will review your application and notify you that pricing access on QuiltWoman.com has been set to "wholesale."

Step 4: Once you are approved. You can browse our on-line catalog and place your on-line order. Make sure to be logged in each time you shop so that you will receive wholesale pricing.
