21" x 11" beautiful appliqued and embroidered wool table runner inspired by mother nature's pollinators - butterflies, bees, and blooms. Along with wool applique, this table runner is a chance to learn and try some beading as well as a variety of embroidery stitches, although you can certainly skip the beading if you choose. And if a full-sized runner doesn't appeal to you, complete just half of the runner, add some hanging tabs and use it as a wall hanging! The pattern features full-sized templates, along with complete step by step directions and illustrations. There are also pages of information and illustrations about beads and beading techniques as well as illustrated pages of embroidery stitches used and links to my video tutorials for beading. While a very ambitious beginner might succeed, this is suited to intermediate and advanced levels of skill.
